Afternoon Showers

There are some showers and small thunderstorms traveling across Texas and Louisiana this afternoon and evening. While we do expect these rains to continue, we aren’t expecting an outbreak of Big Bad Storms.

There are more chances for rain in the South Central U.S. for this week, but none of it looks particularly threatening. We are on the lookout for a system that will swing through the Lone Star State late this weekend. Depending upon how things develop, that could create some stronger storms. Until now and then, try to enjoy the weather we have.
