Big Bad Storms expected on Easter Sunday

Adjustments.jpeg

A strong storm system is expected to affect a large portion of the south this weekend.

Areas from Northwest Louisiana to Western Alabama need to be paying close attention to the forecast.

We are most concerned with the area highlighted in red which is a “Moderate Risk.” That’s a 4/5 on the scale. This includes of large portion of North Louisiana, Mississippi, and some of Alabama.

We’re thinking storms will start going early on Easter Sunday, but will gradually become stronger and stronger during the afternoon. We are concerned about the risk for tornadoes and very strong winds from these storms.

We are ready to launch the Live Big Bad Weather Blog to answer all of your questions face to face and guide you through this storm.
