Some rain, but nothing big…

Looking at the upcoming week, we’re not really seeing any big chances for storms.

Early week…

There is a system that will travel through Texas and Louisiana on Monday and Tuesday. That will get a little stronger on Tuesday morning, however it doesn’t look like it has the power to create any storms that would be really concerning. Temperatures are simply too low to provide the kind of energy needed for this system to get out of hand.

End of week…

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it looks like a system will develop in the eastern Gulf of Mexico - really just off shore from west Florida. That will then travel up the eastern seaboard. Models right now have it hanging out just off shore, so the worst part of that storm system will actually be in the Atlantic ocean, and not over the Eastern U.S. Rain, wind, and snows are likely, but again no big bad storms involved.
